Our family loves to play this game. The box suggests ages 12 and up, but Jeremy at 6 can play (he only has to get 8 points instead of 10 to win) and even Joshua "plays." He trades cards -his favorite trade is sheep for sheep- and on his turn he rolls and we still collect. We have spent more time playing lately with Brandon's recovery and it has been fun, something that everyone loves to play. It's a specialty game so you have to buy it off of Amazon and if you want to play with 6 players you'll need an expansion set also. Does anyone else have a good game to suggest, or maybe someone has tried one of the expansion sets?

We love Hand n' Foot if you're in to card games! We also love the Ticket to Ride games especially the European version!!
We have the Cities and Knights expansion. It is fun, but the game is longer to play.
We also have Settler's including the expansion for six players and the cities and knights expansion. They're great, aren't they?
I agree with Jennie - Ticket to Ride has some great games! We only have the US version, but are thinking about getting the European too.
Cities and Knights is a good expansion. I can second the Ticket to Ride. Another we like, especially with kids, is Blokus. It's quick, everyone can play, and there are lots of pretty colors.
I love settlers. But a game we enjoy playing is carcassone. It to is like settlers with expansions. The other game we were introduced to was Robo Rally. Lots of fun. Ticket to ride is fun too. But not for younger kids.
